In search for inspiration, I've been looking through diffrent tumblr's and clicked my way through most of them. I found some great ones, but what upsets me is the fact that many (almost all) of these tumblrs have so much exploatation of women bodies, even on the one's that you thought might have an political agenda. It is as if people believe that objectifying women even further is okay when the image is in black and white or when it's taken by Terry Richardson, "because it's art" - no it's not, that image could've been taken from the most tacky-ass porn site ever, so just stick too buying expensive socks or whatever you do daily instead of trying to be 'artistic'. A Naked Female Body In Black And White Is Still A Naked Female Body. When the women body is so exploited and exposed she becomes more and more of an object, not owned by the person living in the body but a public property, free to be deconstructed, disaggregated and decontectualized by anyone. Use the internet for good causes, create your own world free from stereotypes and western ideals.

I've shaved my head and I've never felt more feminine. I've only dressed in different shades of blue, baby blue is my new favorite color. I haven't only been dressing in blue, I've also been feelin' kind of blue. Mostly because of the sad debate in Sweden right now about racism, and I've just been thinking - what happened to the solidarity? The only person people seem to identify, sympathize and solidarize with (give a fuck about) is the individual - themselves. People really don't seem to have any kind of self awareness or self-critical thinking...

For all Swedes: Tomorrow I'm on P1 Stil (10.03-11.00) talking about style and identity - 92.4!

This (in so many ways) amazing video for The Knife's 'A Tooth For An Eye', from thier forth coming album 'Shaking The Habitual', directed by the bestest fellow 2FACED1's Roxy Farhat & Kakan Hermansson!!! The energy and feeling in that room is so beautifully captured, led by this little girl the men dance away thier sense of how they should act and interact with other males, in order to be "men". In a way, they're dancing thier way to freedom. No strings attatched. They are all equal, even though they have a leader, but without questioning her.

"'A Tooth For An Eye' deconstructs images of maleness, power and leadership. Who are the people we trust as our leaders and why? What do we have to learn from those we consider inferior? In a sport setting where one would traditionally consider a group of men as powerful and in charge, an unexpected leader emerges. A child enters and allows the men to let go of their hierarchies, machismo and fear of intimacy, as they follow her into a dance. Their lack of expertise and vulnerability shines through as they perform the choreography. Amateurs and skilled dancers alike express joy and a sense of freedom; There is no prestige in their performance. The child is powerful, tough and sweet all at once, roaring "I'm telling you stories, trust me". There is no shame in her girliness, rather she possesses knowledge that the men lost a long time ago."

In case you've missed this, even though I doubt you have, this 2FACED1 project. So pretty/beautiful/magical it hurts. The video really does justice to the song, Julia Spada's voice gives me chills down my back.

Teenage Riot

I'm turning 17 tomorrow. I have to make tho most of the last year, before everything becomes legal. Linn the Gypsie always asks when I'm going to have my "Teenage Riot", I realized that I've lived my (Teenage) Riot ever since pre-school, when I started arguing with that pre-school teacher about if the colour pink was a "girl colour" or not. I said it was just made up by humans, but she still said it was (I should've sent Cam'ron and the pink tumblr puddle on her). Anyways, I will continue the legacy and live that Teenage-Riot-lyfe 4 lyfe.

What is going on right now is:

- I'm dreaming about these Adidas Originals Crazy 8 Tennis shoes.

- Tyler, The crator will release "WOLF" on the 2nd of April!!!!!!!! Now I know what I'll be doing to make the time pass, in the wait for the summer. Sit in my room and repeat "WOLF" like a mantra.

- I've been crying to Frank Ocean's beautiful Grammy's performance. The feeling and the scenography.

Images are from last Tuesday when I went to the awsome Hernandez Cornet Fall '13 show with the beztezt Decida and Robyn and my adidas pants. I also got the honour to see the magical Zhala sing acapella live... What I'm up to now? I'm on my private jet on the way to NY to meet some people... No. I'm at home sick, scrolling through diffrent tumblrs dreaming about going away... Otherwise, I've been very creative lately, so I hope I can get going with some projects ASAP.

The 2FACED1, Mykki Blanco's released a video for the bumpin "Kingpinning (Ice Cold)" from his mixtape "Cosmic Angel: The Illuminati Prince/ss". In this video he rocks the fake Chanel scarf, white lenses (which I've been craving for a couple of months!) and the amazing KTZ bomber jacket while hanging out with other great NYC people's among other; Dev Hynes (Blood Orange) and Le1f. Mykki's on a European tour right now and is coming to Berns, Stockholm, Sweden, next week, the 6th of february. I'm working on a plan to get in...

Amazing video, by Matthew Williams, displaying the new looks from Hood by Air's S/S 13 line by Shayne Oliver, with music by ASAP Rocky. Very many impressions being mixed, the stereotype of what "masculinity" is; violence, sport, and strength, but these are men in other shapes then we are used to. Men in skirts/kilts and crop tops. They impersonate diffent feelings while having american fotball games and atom bombs flashing in the background... I really appreciate this, conceptually thought-through projects, when the presentation of the looks is as awesome as the clothing. Like a goth who had a fetish for ghetto-streetwear and denim / Like a ghetto guy who found a teen-angst-goth blog in a dark corner of tumblr = awesomeness and 2FACED1ness on a high level.
