2FACED1.com Presents a New 2FACED1 - Fifteen Year Old Alex Dabo
2FACED1.com - the home of the stereotypophobes, has repainted the (non-existing) walls and expanded. The journey through modern day identities, subcultures and stereotypes continues along with the search of transnational identities.
2FACED1.com is therefore thrilled by the release of the next “2FACED1” - Alex Dabo. This fifteen year old proves that growing up with a laptop instead of a cuddly toy luckily hasn’t made all kids into Anders Behring Breivik clones. As Alex puts it: “Just because you’re a kid doesn’t mean you’re not able to think”. He breaks it down simple, why style is essential in a world not yet free from prejudice against things like the color of your skin. After meeting Alex we believe in the youth again!
Click over to the new site and discover Alex’s two faces:
Persona One; what he wants to be considered as
Persona Two; what he fears to be considered as

2FACED1.com shows one persons two faces in photos; Persona One; what one want to be considered as and Persona Two; what one fears to be considered as by other people. This leads to a discussion about stereotypes and inner fears of getting misunderstood by the surroundings. Thoughts that every thinking modern day person does reflect upon. It's about diggin' deeper, peelin' off garments, codes and attributes searching for identity until
buttnakedness. Is the conclusion that we choose whoever we want to be today?
A 2FACED1 is someone that is highly aware of existing stereotypes related to ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexuality and class. A person who tries to avoid and sometimes play with them to make people think twice about who
they are. So to be two faced doesn’t mean anything negative here, it rather explain the double folded
view you have on identity if you’re not the existing norm. It means you have your feet in different worlds,
can move between them but feel rather at home in that space in between. You're stepping out of your comfort
zone and become one of the new identities where ol' categories are mashed up and where rootlessness
and non-given identity just means major possibilities!
